Hiring: Learning & Development Manager (United Arab Emirates)
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Manager to join our Human Resources team in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives
- Design, manage, and evaluate training programs for employees across all levels
- Conduct training needs analyses and identify skill gaps within the organization
- Create leadership development, onboarding, succession planning, and career development initiatives
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback
- Collaborate with department managers to develop role-specific learning plans
- Coordinate internal and external training providers, workshops, and certification programs
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, employee engagement, and professional development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and talent development strategies
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, ATD, or equivalent are an advantage
- Excellent leadership, presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities with experience measuring training effectiveness
- Ability to manage multiple learning initiatives in a fast-paced environment
