Job Role:
As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will:
- Collaborate with leaders and business areas to identify learning needs and recommend innovative learning solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
- Design, develop and implement, instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning programs using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Procure or develop leadership and professional development programs in collaboration with subject matter experts, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Administer and optimize SaskGaming's Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, reporting, learner support, and continuous system improvement.
- Measure learning effectiveness through evaluation, learner feedback, and data analytics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies, AI, instructional design trends, and best practices to continuously improve learning experiences.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field. Adult Education, Instructional Design, or Learning & Development certification (or equivalent) is considered an asset. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating corporate learning and leadership development programs. Experience facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Work Eligibility:
All applicants must be at least 19 years, and you must be able to obtain and maintain a Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority - Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
