Primary Purpose
Lead the company's Learning & Development function by designing, implementing, and managing training and organizational development initiatives that enhance employee capabilities across retail and back-office operations. Drive performance through effective learning programs, onboarding, KPI development, automated performance appraisal systems, organizational structure design, job analysis, job evaluation, and market benchmarking to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute the Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify training needs and design onboarding, technical, leadership, sales, and customer service programs.
- Manage and evaluate internal and external trainers to ensure consistent training delivery across all locations.
- Establish KPIs, implement automated performance appraisal systems, and monitor employee performance and development.
- Design and maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, job analysis, and job evaluation frameworks.
- Conduct salary and market benchmarking and support career progression and organizational development initiatives.
- Measure training effectiveness through performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
- Ensure training records, learning materials, and HR systems are up to date.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Direct Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
