Learning And Development Specialist

Emirates Development Bank is looking for Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. The Learning & Development Specialist will support the Director Learning & Development in all activities pertaining to the learning and development of employees including conducting training needs analysis, developing training plans, implementing the employee performance management process and facilitating career development including progression and promotion and succession planning.

Major Responsibilities:

• Distribute and collect annual training needs from Chief Officers/ Directors/ Senior Managers/ Managers and support the Director Learning & Development in developing a consolidated annual training plan, which meets the identified needs.
• Collaborate with internal/external trainers to design and develop training programs in line with the approved training plan.
• 5Organize all training courses through handling all logistics and coordinating with employees, and trainers to ensure they attend the relevant training courses.
• Coordinate with employees and management to ensure that all stages of the employee performance management process are completed on a timely basis.
• Support the Director Learning & Development in carrying out succession planning activities.
• Support the Director Learning & Development in developing and implementing development plans for UAE nationals

Minimum required skills and qualification

• UAE National with family book is required
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required
