Ready to be the link between transformation and adoption?
NTG Nordic Transport Group is scaling rapidly across Europe - not just in size, but in ambition.
We’re rolling out new systems, harmonising processes and building a stronger, more connected operating model across entities. It’s an exciting moment of growth but to succeed, we need more than implementation plans and technology. We need people to adopt, understand and apply change.
Your role in NTG’s transformation
As our new Learning & Change Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in making that happen.
Part of our Business Change Management team, you will design learning experiences, onboarding journeys and adoption initiatives that help employees navigate change with confidence.
Working closely with Process Managers, Business Analysts, Project Managers and local businesses, you will transform complexity into clarity and ensure that every rollout is supported by the right learning and enablement activities.
Based at our headquarters in Hvidovre, you will be at the centre of NTG's transformation agenda, helping ensure successful adoption of new Transport Management Systems (TMS), operating models, governance frameworks and business transformation initiatives across countries, entities and functions.
Your mission
You will help establish the framework that enables employees across NTG to adopt change more effectively and consistently.
- Design learning journeys for system implementations and business transformations
- Translate business processes into practical, engaging and easy-to-use learning material
- Develop e-learning, presentations, videos, guides and other digital learning assets
- Create communication and adoption material that supports change initiatives

What you'll leave your fingerprints on
Within your first year you will have…
- Built the BCM Learning Framework
- Developed standardized learning templates
- Established onboarding material for new entities
- Supported multiple successful system rollouts
- Created reusable learning packages for BCM projects
- Improved adoption and consistency across implementations
What it takes to navigate this role
You have a background in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Change Management or a related field, and you've seen firsthand what it takes to turn ambitious transformation plans into lasting behavioural change.
You understand that implementation is only the beginning - real success comes when people embrace new systems, processes and ways of working.
You are a strong communicator who thrives on bringing clarity to complexity. Whether you're translating detailed business processes into training, creating communication that drives engagement, or developing onboarding experiences that accelerate adoption, you know how to make change easier to understand, navigate and apply.
You are comfortable working across functions and stakeholder groups, from operational teams and super users to project managers and senior leaders – and you know how to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions when needed and create alignment around a common goal.
Experience from logistics, supply chain, retail, manufacturing or consulting would be a plus, particularly if you've been involved in ERP, TMS or other transformation programmes.
You're naturally curious about new technology and excited by smarter ways of working.
Experience with change management methodologies, Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered content creation, process mapping tools or e-learning platforms such as Articulate Rise or Storyline is an advantage - but more importantly, you understand that successful change happens when people have the confidence, knowledge and support they need to adopt new ways of working.
