Learning & Development Analyst

New York City, NY or Stamford, CT | (4 days a week on site)

Salary $85,000 - 100,000

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global Talent & Learning team on program planning and execution, including training material development and upkeep.
  • Utilize and enhance Workday modules for Learning and Talent activities, including managing setup, reports, and testing.
  • Prepare statistics to evaluate programmatic impact.
  • Support employee listening activities.
  • Create communications for Talent initiatives awareness.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners in Talent space. Identify and adopt leading Talent practices.

Required Experience:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in corporate talent development, ideally in a geographically dispersed growth environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks while demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with Workday or similar LMS (Learning Management System) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
