SeAH Wind is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Training Coordinator to support the delivery of our Training strategy across our Teesworks facility.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our workforce while supporting national learning initiatives, apprenticeship programmes, and strategic partnerships with external training providers and educational institutions.
Working closely with the Training Manager, Technical Trainer, operational leaders, and employees across the business, you will help deliver high-quality learning solutions that support employee development, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.
As Our Training Coordinator, You Will
- Support the delivery of learning and development programmes across the organisation.
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and administration of all training activities.
- Work with the Training Manager and Technical Trainer to provide a high-quality learning experience for employees.
- Identify, source, and arrange internal and external training programmes.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, guides, and learning resources.
- Monitor mandatory, statutory, and compliance training requirements and ensure workforce compliance is maintained.
- Maintain accurate training records and employee development data.
- Update and manage the Company's Learning Management System (LMS) and Competency Management System (CMS).
- Produce training reports, analyse learning data, and monitor programme effectiveness.
- Support apprenticeship programmes and workforce development initiatives.
- Organise learning events, workshops, assessment centres, and development activities.
- Create and distribute surveys to identify learning needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Administer assessments and analyse results to measure learning outcomes.
- Promote digital learning solutions and encourage employee engagement with learning platforms.
- Work collaboratively with HR, Operations, Quality, Health & Safety, and Production teams to align learning activities with business priorities.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements to learning and development processes.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a Learning & Development, Training, HR, or People Coordination role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience maintaining training records and producing reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar training platforms.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Qualified Assessor award (TAQA, A1, D32, or D33).
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, energy, construction, or other industrial environments.
- Experience supporting apprenticeship programmes and government-funded training initiatives.
- Understanding of competency frameworks and workforce development programmes.
- Experience working in a multi-site or rapidly growing organisation.
- Knowledge of compliance and statutory training requirements.
