What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering disability awareness training to organisations in the public and private sector via our remote training platforms
- Scheduling training programmes for clients through remote training platforms
- Providing expert support and guidance on disability inclusion in the workplace
- Delivering disability awareness training on site when required
- Updating Social Media channels
Who are we looking for?
- Experience working within Learning & Development is important for this role
- Experience working within the disability sector is really important
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. This is primarily a disability awareness training role, so having the ability to fully engage participants during training is essential to this position.
- Excellent IT skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Teams. Also Zoom & Webex
- Experience delivering training on site as well as online
- Someone living in the Leinster area as this will involve on site training in the Leinster region
Some additional details…
- This is a part-time role – ideally working mornings.
- We’re not looking to set exact hours. Ideally, we want someone to join our team who is looking to work from home and is available to work at agreed times.
- The ideal candidate will be available to work mornings, although the working week will vary and if there are certain times you can’t work on a given week, that’s fine by us!
- This will be primarily a remote working role, but there will also be on site disability awareness training required, so someone based in the Leinster region is important
- As this role will be delivering disability awareness training online, you must have an excellent broadband connection.
- Start date for this role will be June 2024

- We are open to candidates from with a variety of experiences and salary will be very much dependent on experience.
