In a company where digital learning and continuous growth shape our culture, we are looking for a driven and technically skilled Training & Digital Learning Expert. You will play a key role in creating engaging digital learning experiences, delivering impactful live trainings, and organizing memorable training and team‑building events that strengthen our people and our culture.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Create and maintain digital learning materials such as e-learning modules, presentations etc.
- Upload, manage, and track courses and learning materials in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collect feedback and learning data to support continuous improvement of training content.
- Create and facilitate in person trainings, workshops, webinars and development sessions.
- Organize and support team-building activities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Organize, coordinate logistics, communication, and materials for training activities and prepare reporting.
- Support HR and people development initiatives related to learning, engagement, and culture.
Your Profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related.
- 2 years of experience in learning & development, training facilitation, digital learning, or a similar role.
- Experience in organizing trainings, workshops, or events is an advantage.
- Technical mindset and interest in digital learning tools and platforms.
- Confidence to speak in front of an audience and facilitate group discussions.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel is a strong advantage); experience with SAP (HR / Learning) is an advantage; experience with LMS platforms or related tools.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
