We are looking for:
Learning & Development Specialist
Job summary: leads the development skills and knowledge of employees within the organization, focusing on professional growth and performance improvement.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage Learning and Development projects (training programs, employee surveys, talent management, HI-PO identification and development);
- Partner with leadership team and HRBPs to identify training needs and deliver innovative learning solutions;
- Facilitate workshops and deliver training sessions across various formats;
- Facilitate the company’s performance review cycles;
- Oversee performance and goals management within SAP SuccessFactors;
- Assist managers in team development through career pathing and guidance on creating scorecards;
- Involved in developing, maintaining and continuously improving any necessary/relevant HR processes and tools;
- Involved in organizing induction / oversee onboarding programs for new employees;
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments;
- Manage the E-learning system platform;
- Manage reporting and data analysis on programs where/if required.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Demonstrated orientation to understanding the business and the ability to apply talent management process and tools to support strategic business objectives;
- Good knowledge of performance management methods;
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management;
- Ability to operate independently with minimal direction;
- Good at planning, organizing & comfortable with administrative tasks as well;
- Strong problem solving skills and focus on results;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- English language - fluent;
- MS Office (Excel & PP - advanced).
