Your Mission
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Learning & Development Specialist (Instructional Design & Digital Learning) to join our team in Palma. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining engaging learning solutions for employees, customers, and partners worldwide.
The primary focus of this role is instructional design and e-learning development. You will work closely with subject matter experts to transform complex information into effective, learner-centred digital learning experiences. In addition, you will support the day-to-day operation of our LMS and contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning courses, learning journeys, and digital learning resources.
- Partner with subject matter experts to gather content, define learning objectives, and translate technical information into effective learning experiences.
- Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, videos, microlearning assets, screen recordings, and other learning materials.
- Build and maintain e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Synthesia.
- Review, test, and continuously improve learning content based on learner feedback and business needs.
- Manage LMS activities including course uploads, learner enrolments, reporting, and learning record maintenance.
- Support learners with access, navigation, and technical questions.
- Track learning engagement and completion data and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate virtual and classroom training activities when required.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
Minimum Requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Digital Learning, or a similar role.
- Proven experience designing and developing e-learning content from concept to delivery.
- Hands-on experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS); Docebo experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience creating learning content for technical or professional audiences is an advantage.
