ChillBase is a game development studio working on large-scale products with a global audience.
Our main title, OneState, is a live open-world mobile game with millions of players. It’s a complex, evolving product: we release updates continuously, rethink systems when they stop working, and scale teams alongside the product.
ChillBase is looking for a strong L&D expert to build the learning and development function almost from scratch. This is an opportunity for an experienced specialist who is equally confident in both instructional design and hands-on facilitation, and who enjoys creating unconventional solutions instead of working with rigid corporate templates.
The team has an informal game dev / tech vibe, so traditional corporate learning approaches are unlikely to work here. We are looking for someone who enjoys experimenting, testing new formats, and building learning experiences that genuinely engage people.
Expectations
What you will do
- Build the Learning & Development function from the ground up
- Design learning programs and development architecture
- Facilitate training independently (both synchronous and asynchronous formats)
- Work on talent management initiatives
- Support the development of the leadership team, including CEO-2 level leaders
- Create solutions for developing scarce expertise within the business
- Experiment with formats and identify approaches that actually work
Who we are looking for
- An experienced L& D / Talent Development professional
- A strong instructional designer and facilitator combined in one person
- Someone with a background in tech / digital / product environments
- A person who feels comfortable in a more flexible, creative, and non-corporate environment
- A self-driven specialist who can lead the direction without rigid frameworks or excessive structure
- Native Russian
- Working English (B2+)
