Learning & Development Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Advisor to support the delivery of engaging learning and development initiatives across a professional services environment.
You will work closely with stakeholders to coordinate learning programmes, maintain learning systems and support employee development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer learning and development programmes
- Manage learning management systems (LMS)
- Organise workshops, training sessions and development events
- Track learning participation and maintain training records
- Support talent development and employee engagement initiatives
- Produce reports and analyse learning data
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external training providers
Requirements:
- Experience within Learning & Development, Talent Development or HR
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience using learning management systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
