Skincare Development Manager
Full-Time | Remote with 50% Travel
A fast‑growing spa and wellness organization is seeking an experienced Skincare Development Manager to support esthetic performance, training, and operational excellence across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who loves coaching teams, improving service quality, and driving business results.
We are seeking a high-energy, highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Support day‑to‑day esthetic operations across a multi‑location network.
- Lead weekly performance calls and conduct on‑site spa visits as needed.
- Host monthly virtual training sessions focused on sales and service performance.
- Develop and maintain operational processes that enhance esthetic consistency and results.
- Partner with education and training teams to address system‑wide needs.
- Manage contests, pilot programs, and product‑related initiatives.
- Provide performance coaching for spa leaders and estheticians.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Must possess an active esthetic license.
- Experience training, coaching, or educating others is strongly preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Enjoys working with people and supporting their growth.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel.
- Ability to travel up to 50% (mix of remote, office, and spa visits).
Compensation
