The Scope
Lead FSC’s global Learning & Development agenda by identifying current and future capability needs and delivering impactful, scalable learning solutions. Partner with leaders across functions and regions to strengthen workforce skills and build leadership capacity aligned with strategic priorities.
Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development across a diverse, international workforce. Ensure that organizational capabilities evolve to support FSC’s mission and long-term global impact.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify current and future capability needs.
Translate organizational priorities into targeted learning strategies and initiatives.
Design and deliver scalable global learning programmes using blended and best-practice methodologies.
Lead leadership development, onboarding, and professional growth initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on learning, capability development, and organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant, high-quality learning solutions.
Manage external vendors, including selection (RFP/procurement), quality, and cost efficiency.
Oversee and optimize digital learning platforms while promoting self-directed learning.
Use data, feedback, and industry benchmarking to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and high performance across the organization.
Your profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering learning programmes in complex and international environments.
- Experience partnering with managers and stakeholders to identify capability needs and implement development solutions.
- Experience managing external vendors and learning providers.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with digital learning platforms and learning technologies.

The Fine Print
Location: Bonn, Germany.
Working Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week.
Duration of Employment: Temporary contract - 2 years (extension possible, subject to satisfactory performance)
