About the Role:
To design, implement, and continuously enhance the organization’s learning and development strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role focuses on building organizational capability, improving employee performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning through structured programs, talent development initiatives, and modern learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across departments to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills.
- Manage end-to-end learning programs (planning, vendor coordination, delivery, and post-training evaluation).
- Lead onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth employee integration. ·
- Establish competency frameworks and career development pathways. ·
- Support performance management processes by linking development plans to performance outcomes.
- Introduce and manage digital learning platforms (LMS, e-learning, microlearning tools).
- Measure training effectiveness using KPIs such as ROI, engagement, and performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) is a plus.
- Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools. - Prior experience in a lead or senior specialist role is preferred.
- Experience in large or complex organizations is an advantage.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs and leadership initiatives.
- 8–10 years of experience in HR (Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development)
