EMEA Recruitment is excited to exclusively partner with a fast-growing, international organization to appoint a Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development Manager.
The TA and L&D Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's Talent strategy across attraction, development, engagement, and People communications.
You will partner closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into scalable People solutions that drive organizational performance and culture.
You will own the design, governance, and continuous improvement of company-wide frameworks and programs that strengthen leadership capability, build future talent pipelines, increase employee engagement, and support business growth.
Key responsibilities of the TA and L&D Manager:
- Define and execute the company-wide Talent Acquisition strategy
- Own the Learning & Development strategy, designing and implementing a company-wide Learning architecture supporting all employee populations
- Own the employee engagement strategy and annual engagement cycle
- Own the People communication strategy across the organization
- Develop and execute annual communication plans supporting key People priorities
- Act as the primary communication partner for People-related initiatives and organizational changes
- Ensure consistent messaging and employer brand alignment
- Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition and Learning team members
Key experience:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience within Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management and/or Organizational Development
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Talent strategies, leadership development frameworks, and Learning initiatives in a multi-site or international environment
- Experience leading Talent Acquisition activities, including workforce planning, employer branding, recruitment strategy and talent pipeline development
- Experience managing external vendors, Learning providers, and recruitment partners
- Previous People leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing team performance
- Experience working with HR technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), learning management systems (LMS), and employee engagement platforms
- Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, and growth initiatives is highly desirable
