Iām currently recruiting for an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to join a growing organisation supporting education, care and therapeutic services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong Learning & Development background within the Education sector who is passionate about developing people, driving engagement and supporting professional growth across a national workforce

š¹ Supporting Education, Care & Therapy teams
š¹ Delivering training & development initiatives
š¹ Managing LMS systems & compliance training
š¹ Supporting apprenticeships & workforce development
š¹ CIPD Level 5 desirable
Candidates may previously have been teachers but must now have solid experience within Learning & Development rather than classroom teaching alone.
