Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented People & Culture Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to support talent management, employee engagement, internal communications, and HR operations. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee experience, managing HR initiatives, and supporting end-to-end recruitment and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
•Plan and execute internal events and engagement activities
•Prepare and manage internal communications and announcements
•Develop and publish the monthly newsletter
•Coordinate and prepare welcome kits for new joiners
•Support employer branding through LinkedIn posts and internal messaging
Talent Acquisition:
•Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
•Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
•Schedule and conduct HR interviews
•Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
HR Operations:
•Handle HR operational requests such as ticket management (e.g., laptop allocation, email creation)
•Coordinate issuance of medical insurance cards and access cards
•Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Compensation, Benefits & Programs:
•Assist in managing employee benefits and external collaborations
•Support the promotions cycle and related communications
•Coordinate with partners/vendors for employee offers and initiatives
Requirements
Requirements:
•1–3 years of experience in HR (People & Culture / HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition)
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
•Experience in recruitment processes and employee engagement activities
•Proficiency in MS Office tools
Fluent in English and Arabic
