Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Learning Specialist to design, develop, and implement end-to-end learning programs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and practical learning solutions, leveraging both traditional instructional design principles and modern AI tools to drive career growth and behavioral change across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Strategy
- End-to-End Design: Create comprehensive learning programs and role-based learning paths/career growth plans with clearly defined goals, content, and outcomes.
- Business Alignment: Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable learning solutions.
- Needs Analysis: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify skill gaps and development needs to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
Execution & Management
- Project Management: Oversee learning projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Content Governance: Organize and maintain all learning materials and documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility.
- Change Management: Support the adoption of new skills and evolving ways of working to drive meaningful behavior change.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project plans, status updates, and program outcomes clearly to all stakeholders.
Measurement & Evaluation
- Success Metrics: Define clear success measures and evaluate results to ensure learning initiatives deliver a measurable impact.
AI Prompting & Innovation (Must Have)
- AI Integration: Use AI tools to support and accelerate learning design, including the generation of outlines, drafts, and learning paths.
- Quality Control: Apply professional judgment to ensure AI-generated outputs are accurate, usable, and effective (tailored to the specific audience, objectives, and constraints).
- Iterative Prompting: Refine AI prompts based on output quality and feedback to continuously improve efficiency.
