As manager, program management, E&C you will create a compelling vision to drive awareness of Starbucks Ethics & Compliance program globally. You will guide the team responsible for creative content development and implementation of E&C training and communications to promote ethical behavior and meet Department of Justice and US Federal Sentencing Guidelines. Preferred Seattle, WA based, but open to remote.
As a manager, program management, you will…
- Develop strategy and ensure effective execution of operational plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of program with business unit and company goals.
- Develop and nurture a cohesive team committed to working together and delivering the best for each project and overall E&C program.
- Remain current and share expert-level knowledge by monitoring E&C and functional industry developments.
- Analyze and synthesize data to produce reports that measure program effectiveness and inform actions for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize budget to ensure effective resource utilization.
We’d love to hear from people with:
- Learning & Development and Communications within Ethics & Compliance or related function such as Human Resources, 8 years
- General business experience in large, matrixed organizations, 8 years
- Leadership of highly complex, cross-functional, and global projects and/or programs, 8 years
- Experience developing talent that inspires others and drives performance, 6 years
- Expertise in adult learning theory and the effective application in a learning setting, 6 years, experience in instructional design preferred
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively cross-functionally with all levels of the organization, 6 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience working in Adobe Creative Suite, instructional design tools and software
