We are looking for a passionate, high-impact Learning & Development leader to drive global manufacturing excellence through world-class training, rapid competency building, and talent acceleration. This strategic role focuses on creating a high-performance learning culture that gets employees productive faster and builds deep capabilities across all sites.
Key Responsibilities- Design and lead a comprehensive global manufacturing learning and development strategy to accelerate employee ramp-up and long-term competency growth.
- Develop and deliver high-quality training programs covering safety, quality, technical skills, leadership, and operational excellence.
- Build and implement effective onboarding systems that enable new and existing employees to reach full productivity quickly across all locations.
- Partner with global plant managers to identify skill gaps and deploy targeted development solutions that drive operational performance.
- Collaborate with HR and external partners to anticipate talent needs and build robust pipelines for critical manufacturing roles.
- Provide enterprise-wide learning leadership while supporting broader manufacturing transformation goals.
Qualifications- 5+ years leading global learning & development or training functions, preferably in high-volume manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD preferred, with 8-10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations and talent development.
- Proven expertise in designing training programs that deliver fast ramp-up and measurable skill improvement.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operating systems and competency frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and influence skills with the ability to engage global teams.
- Proficient in project management and Microsoft Office tools.
