A leading company is looking for an HR Technology, AI & Digital Platforms Lead to lead and optimize the organization’s HR technology ecosystem.
This role combines HR innovation, AI-driven solutions, and digital platform management, with a strong focus on improving employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and data-driven HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organization’s HR technology ecosystem
- Drive the implementation and optimization of enterprise HR platforms
- Support AI-enabled HR initiatives and digital transformation processes
- Promote scalable digital solutions across HR operations
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Improve employee experience through innovative HR technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning Technologies or equivalent relevant studies
- Hands-on experience with LMS systems – חובה
- High affinity for AI and digital technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-interface environment
- Strong organizational and systemic thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- High level of English – written and spoken
