What you'll be doing:
We’re looking for a dynamic and collaborative Learning & Development Delivery Consultant to join our team and make a real impact. In this role, you’ll work closely with Operations leaders to understand business priorities and uncover capability gaps, translating these into meaningful learning interventions. You’ll design and deliver engaging, high‑impact learning solutions that build skills, strengthen knowledge, and elevate performance —helping our people succeed and directly supporting the delivery of our organisational strategy.
- Build strong relationships with Operations leaders, teams and colleagues across People’s Partnership to understand their learning needs and challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement targeted learning solutions
- Design and deliver a variety of learning solutions, including workshops, webinars, e-learning modules and blended learning programmes.
- Support Adult Learning Theories and encourage self led learning
- Utilise a range of delivery methods, such as facilitated, self directed, and virtual classrooms
- Tailor learning to specific needs of audience, considering their learning needs, styles and preference
- Ensure content is accessible (aligned with standards), engaging and aligned with business standards and objectives.
- Design learning solutions with reusability and sustainability in mind and safeguard a learning library which is accessible to all.
- Support with the development of Career Pathways for key roles identified as critical to business
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and make recommendations for improvement. Continuously seek and welcome feedback and opportunities to improve learning design and delivery.
- Leverage the data and analytics available to identify opportunities and measure impact
What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theories and instructional design
- Experience in developing engaging and interactive learning content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- A passion for learning and development and a commitment to continuous improvement
- A commitment to your own professional development
- CIPD Level 3 or relevant experience
