Overview
Change Lab Inc is a consulting firm specializing in Change Management. We are seeking a Change Management Lead to own and deliver change activities for specific workstreams within a large SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation program (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Maintenance - exact workstream assignment to be confirmed).
This role is ideal for an early-career professional (1–5 years of experience) who is ready to take full ownership of deliverables and operate with a high degree of accountability. You will execute change activities end-to-end for your workstreams, with strategic direction provided by the Program Change Lead.
The program is part of a broader, globally managed transformation, requiring close coordination with a parent organization and alignment to enterprise-level standards, timelines, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Workstream Change Ownership
- Act as the change lead for assigned workstreams, owning delivery end-to-end
- Partner with workstream leads, SMEs, and global counterparts to drive alignment and readiness
- Ensure local change activities align with global program direction and milestones
Change Impact Assessment
- Lead and deliver change impact assessments for your workstreams
- Validate impacts with stakeholders and drive mitigation planning
- Maintain clear visibility of impacts, risks, and dependencies
Communications
- Develop, own, and execute communication plans
- Create clear, targeted messaging for different stakeholder groups
- Ensure consistent and timely communications aligned with global program messaging
Training & Enablement
- Own training needs analysis and define learning requirements for your workstreams
- Assess and adapt training materials provided by the global program to ensure local relevance
- Identify gaps in centrally developed training and lead the development of supplemental materials as needed
- Coordinate participation in global training sessions and manage local training logistics
- Track training completion and business readiness metrics
Project & Delivery Management
- Manage your own deliverables, timelines, and milestones with minimal oversight
- Maintain trackers, status updates, and reporting artifacts
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues impacting adoption
Qualifications
- 0–5 years of experience in change management, project delivery, communications, or a related field
- Proven ability to take ownership and deliver against defined outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced, and matrixed environment
- Interest in transformation programs, ERP implementations, or SAP
Nice to Have
- Exposure to change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR)
- Experience supporting global or multi-stakeholder programs
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
Working Model
- Primarily remote
- Occasional travel to project site (1–2 trips expected)
Reporting Structure
- Reports to the Program Change Lead (who also serves as Project Manager)
Additional Information
This is a hands-on delivery role with clear ownership of outcomes. You will be accountable for executing and delivering change activities for your workstreams in a complex, cross-functional environment, with guidance on overall strategy.
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
