The Role:
The Learning and Development Generalist reports to the Talent Development Manager. The Learning and Development Generalist will provide support to the Talent Development team, focused on specific learning and development areas of the Organization. As such this role operates Globally.
The Learning and Development Generalist plays a supporting role in designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs and systems that align with organizational goals and fosters employee growth. The Learning and Development Generalist will collaborate across departments to identify training needs, support the development of engaging content, and facilitate learning initiatives.
The Learning and Development Generalist advises and advocates on learning and development programs to promote a culture of learning. That could include; finding ways to build connections, increasing employee morale, supporting BeyondTrust culture, improving workplace relationships, and boosting productivity and retention.
What You’ll Do:
- Leads administration and maintenance relating to Talent Development key initiatives including employee training and education programs, annual performance appraisals and LMS systems.
- Support the design of engaging and interactive training content that caters to diverse learning styles.
- Utilize various learning modalities, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand specific learning requirements.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve learning initiatives.
- Provide coaching and support to employees during their learning journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning technology.
- Work closely with HR, department heads, and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with organizational objectives.
- Contributes to employee onboarding activities globally.
- Contributes to employee offboarding activities globally.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years HR generalist experience, with a focus on learning and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of LMS, e-learning and HRIS platforms.
- Self-starter with demonstrated accountability for results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about fostering employee growth and driving organizational success through learning initiatives.
- Brings a creative approach to training.
Nice To Have:
