We are seeking a Training Coordinator with experience in a manufacturing environment. To develop, deliver and maintain training and development activities in line with the HFUK Learning and Development strategy. Support HFUK sites to ensure colleagues are trained against all safety, legal and customer requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities will be developed and finalised over time and will include but will not be restricted to:
- Maintaining systems and procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall training delivery.
- Delivery of key bespoke on-site courses and training.
- Developing and maintaining accurate and easily accessible records and processes for all learning and development activities and processes including recording and monitoring training attendance, ensuring that colleagues required to attend specific training events are easily identified and followed up.
- Planning/arranging of internal and external training events, including provider relations, raising purchase orders and supporting the entire cycle of delivery.
- Manage the HMRC DAS apprentice account, linking training providers and adding cohort detail.
- Provide targeted support for all apprentices, work placements and graduates.
- Working closely with the other L&D colleagues and wider teams to ensure safety, legal and compliance training requirements are met.
- Support and maintain the annual budget/forecast for training and development activities.
- Engagement of key stakeholders and delegates who impact the overall training strategy.

- A good standard of education
- Excellent IT skills
- An excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task effectively
- Proactive, able to work well both under own direction and within a team
- Able to communicate at all levels within the business
- Has a basic understanding of training methods
