Accountabilities
- Lead planning and coordination of learning design projects, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.
- Translate project roadmaps into actionable task lists while monitoring progress and maintaining momentum across the team.
- Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and strong working relationships.
- Manage review and approval workflows, proactively following up to keep projects on track and removing bottlenecks.
- Support resource planning by assigning projects based on skill fit, monitoring team capacity, and escalating risks when necessary.
- Independently manage a select number of e-learning projects as an instructional designer.
- Assist with training launches and communication plans, crafting engaging messaging for internal and external audiences.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and scalability of learning operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Mid-level or Senior Instructional Design role, or a comparable Learning & Development position.
- At least 1 year of experience in team leadership, project coordination, or people management within learning or related functions.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and digital learning best practices.
- High AI literacy, with experience using automation tools, custom GPTs, or scalable AI solutions considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across internal and external teams.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable adapting priorities in a fast-changing business environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to motivate teams and keep initiatives moving forward.
