We're looking for a
Learning and Development Manager to ensure that employees have the knowledge, skills, and capabilities required to succeed in their roles, contribute to business performance, and adapt to evolving organizational and industry needs. You'll design and deliver learning and development initiatives that strengthen individual and organizational capability and support sustainable business growth.
At N-iX, this role owns end-to-end delivery of learning solutions, from identifying needs and shaping the approach to coordinating stakeholders, rollout, and reporting. The role operates across three key dimensions: enabling future-ready capabilities, supporting organizational clarity and process, and providing structured support for internal HR-related learning processes and requests.
The Learning and Development Manager treats L&D as a business function, ensuring that initiatives are practical, scalable, and clearly connected to business priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize capability gaps required for current and future business success, with focus on both high-tech and high-touch skills
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business priorities and growth needs
- Design learning solutions that strengthen leadership, communication, collaboration, client-centricity, business acumen, adaptability, and other future-relevant capabilities
- Support organizational clarity and process by designing and facilitating workshops, sessions, and practical learning support materials
- Support internal HR-related learning processes such as onboarding, mandatory learning, internal development requests, and other employee development initiatives
- Own end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives: planning, coordination, SME/vendor management, rollout, communication, and reporting
- Deliver training programmes, workshops, and facilitated learning sessions for employees and middle managers
- Stay updated with modern L&D methodology, EdTech, and AI; apply digital and AI-powered tools to improve content creation, learner support, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives and use data and feedback to continuously improve quality, relevance, and business impact
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related areas such as Business Education, HR, Project Management, Organizational Development, or Change Management
- Experience in training and development in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Experience in designing, coordinating, and delivering learning initiatives for different target audiences
- Experience in managing end-to-end delivery of learning solutions and working cross-functionally with business leaders, HR, internal experts, and external vendors or partners
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Advanced / fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning approaches
- Ability to identify learning needs and translate them into practical, business-relevant development solutions
- Ability to assess effectiveness and make data-informed decisions
- Familiarity with LMS, e-learning platforms, digital learning tools, and other training technologies
- Openness to innovation and ability to apply AI and digital tools in Learning and Development practice
Nice to have:
- Professional certifications related to training and development, facilitation, coaching, project management, organizational development, or similar areas can be an advantage
- IT industry-specific knowledge and understanding of the capability needs and learning requirements of a services business is an advantag
- Understanding of organizational effectiveness, people development, and business-oriented Learning and Development approaches is an advantage
