What you’ll do
- Create and maintain competency models and career paths.
- Select/run assessments (360s, simulations) and turn results into action. 🔍➡️🎯
- Design and deliver blended learning: workshops, coaching, on-the-job projects.
- Lead Talent Reviews, support succession and IDP processes. 👥
- Ensure learning sticks with performance support and follow-up. 🔁
Who you’ll work with
Director of HR, HRBPs, HR COE, senior managers and teams.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in competency frameworks, assessments and development programs.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, O365 skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing/product-driven businesses.
- Excellent facilitation, influencing and data-driven mindset.
