Job Title: Director of Curriculum (Insurance Education)
Location: Rockwall, TX
Job Opportunity: This is a Director of Curriculum role with a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually
Hours: Flexible
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Curriculum to lead the development and delivery for insurance content. This individual will be responsible for shaping curriculum strategy, creating engaging educational material, and serving as an on-camera and on-stage presence when needed (Insurance events and webinars).
This role will also involve hosting and facilitating webinars.
Responsibilities: Included but not limited to:
- Design and oversee curriculum for educational programs focused on insurance agents and agency growth
- Develop structured learning paths, training materials, and content frameworks
- Collaborate with leadership, videographer, and marketing subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and impact
- Serve as an on-camera educator for video content and training modules
- Host and facilitate live and recorded webinars for agent audiences
- Interview top-performing agents and industry leaders in an engaging, professional manner
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and delivers actionable value
- Continuously improve curriculum based on feedback, performance metrics, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Prior P&C insurance experience with Allstate, State Farm, or Farmers (required)
- Strong understanding of agency operations, sales, service, and growth strategies
- Experience in curriculum development, training, or coaching within the insurance space
- Comfortable speaking on camera and/or presenting on stage
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging educational content
- Experience hosting webinars or leading training sessions
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience working with top-performing agents or agency owners
- Background in content creation (video, training programs, or online education)
- Familiarity with learning management systems or digital education platforms
Project Scope:
- Ongoing curriculum development and content creation
- Participation in video series, webinars, and live training events
- Collaboration with production team for educational content delivery
