We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join our team, which delivers value to nearly 500 clients and over 2 million learners through innovative learning and development solutions.
Role Purpose
As part of the Catalog Product Team, you will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of Enocta’s learning catalog (e-learning, microlearning, virtual classrooms, videos, podcasts, etc.), aligned with corporate learning strategies. You will continuously enhance user experience and learning impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the digital learning catalog
- Shape catalog scope, priorities, and content architecture in line with business goals
- Translate client needs into product requirements and manage stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate with content creators, external vendors, and technology teams
- Ensure effective productization of learning content (modularity, levels, target audience, learning outcomes)
- Track emerging digital learning trends (AI-powered learning, adaptive learning, microlearning, etc.) and integrate them into the catalog
- Manage publishing calendar, versioning, and content lifecycle (launch–update–retirement)
Responsibility
- Decision-making on content prioritization and roadmap
- Guidance on content development and procurement processes
- Vendor and partner management
- Product improvement decisions based on user feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Educational Technologies, HR, Business Administration, or related fields)
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- 5–7+ years of experience in digital product management, L&D, or learning technologies
- Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and the digital learning ecosystem
- Experience in stakeholder and training department management
- Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Strong analytical skills (data analysis, KPI tracking, reporting)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and prioritization skills
