We're looking for two Learning and Development Specialist to join our recently founded and growing Learning and Development team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping how our people grow, develop and build their careers with us. These roles sit at the heart of our evolving L&D function. You'll work closely with business leaders, Subject Matter Experts and external partners to design and deliver high‑quality learning solutions that support today's performance - and tomorrow's capability.

Key Responsibilities:
Role 1: Early Careers & Future Talent
This role is all about building a strong pipeline of future talent and giving early‑career colleagues the best possible start.
- Lead Early Careers programmes, including apprenticeships, graduate schemes and trainee pathways
- Design engaging learning curricula that balance technical skills, professional capability and behavioural development
- Manage relationships with training providers, colleges and awarding bodies
- Oversee cohort management, including development planning, progress tracking and stakeholder communication
- Act as a trusted partner to managers supporting early-careers partner
Role 2: Career Development & Technical Capability
This role focuses on building clear career pathways and technical learning solutions that help people grow their skills and progress their careers.
- Design and maintain career development frameworks and progression pathways across the organisation
- Partner with subject matter experts to define and build structured technical learning pathways
- Deliver and facilitate workshops, programmes and blended learning solutions
- Create embedded knowledge - sharing initiatives that support continuous learning
- Design scalable learning solutions aligned to business priorities
- Measure learning impact and continuously improve what we deliver
Shared Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand learning needs and priorities
- Contribute to the wider L&D strategy and learning roadmap
- Use data, insight and feedback to improve learning effectiveness
- Champion a culture of learning, development and performance excellence
Requirements
- Solid experience in Learning and Development, talent development or organisational development
- Strong skills in learning design, facilitation and programme delivery
- Confidence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work through ambiguity and shape solutions from idea to delivery
- Experience using LMS platforms
