IDR is seeking a AI Learning Specialist to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves defining and implementing AI-native learning experiences within an innovative enterprise environment. The organization focuses on leveraging advanced AI technologies to transform learning strategies and improve business outcomes through evidence-based pedagogy.
Position Overview for the AI Learning Specialist:
- Define the AI-native learning methodology and translate learning science principles into practical, AI-enabled frameworks and design patterns.
- Create documentation, templates, and exemplar experiences demonstrating AI-native learning principles in action.
- Partner with the Innovation Program Manager to ensure experiments test pedagogical hypotheses and analyze experiment results using a learning science lens.
- Own learning design standards and methodology documentation for AI-enabled experiences and define quality criteria for various formats.
- Drive learning quality through evidence by measuring outcomes, analyzing learner performance data, and refining methodologies based on feedback and research.
Requirements for the AI Learning Specialist:
- Proven work experience as an instructional designer (at least 5 years).
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled learning: adaptive systems, personalized learning paths, AI-assisted assessments, or similar implementations.
- Experience designing end-to-end learning ecosystems.
- Experience building frameworks and standards, not just courses.
- An experimentation and data-driven approach to learning outcomes.
