We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, build, and scale our training programs. This is a highly hands-on, builder-focused role responsible for creating a comprehensive training ecosystem—from e-learning content to LMS management.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented, with a strong ability to translate operational knowledge into clear, engaging, and scalable training solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build structured online courses: Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline,Adobe Captivate, or similar experience
- Create training videos and supporting content (how-to, onboarding, sales, etc.)
- Manage and organize the LMS (assignments, tracking, reporting)
- Turn SOPs and operational knowledge into clear, usable training
- Support rollout of new services/programs through training
- Partner with ops and leadership to identify gaps and improve performance
- We need someone who can create content, systems, and scalable training programs.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with (and/or) Articulate Rise / Storyline / Captivate
- LMS experience (building paths, tracking usage, reporting)
- Video creation/editing (Camtasia, Adobe, or similar)
- Ability to simplify complex operational processes into training
- Bonus if they’ve worked in franchising, home services, or field operations
