You need to have at least five years’ experience working in the Digital Learning Industry or other digital agency. A background in Education or Teaching (with excellent storytelling and exceptional writing skills) will be considered, and you must have the confidence and capability to lead design discussions and facilitate workshops with our global enterprise customers.

Role Summary:
The successful candidate will be an experienced, creative, dynamic and proactive digital learning specialist and should thrive in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of Behavioural Science & Organisational Psychology would also be an advantage as you will be working alongside our Behavioural Strategists to deliver digital interventions that are underpinned by our Behavioural Science principles to create behaviour change. If you are successful, you will be expected to have: -
Experience in creative technical writing / technical learning design, learning consultancy and requirements analysis.
Please note that learning design positions are for creative writers of instructional content and are not UI/UX or graphic design roles. Likewise, they are not course ‘builder’ roles.
Skills Required:
· Work closely with our clients to analyse learning requirements and lead the design thinking
· Exceptional facilitation of design workshops with clients
· Engage with subject matter experts to gather and structure content
· Produce instructionally sound treatments, storyboards and scripts driving creativity and engagement
· Experience in leveraging learning design principles and design systems
· Good research skills
· Peer reviews - checking work for learning effectiveness, coherence, clarity and consistency
· Brief and support our UX/UI Designers and development teams throughout production
· Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process
· Work with PMs to manage scope proactively and efficiently
· Support the sales process and attend sales proposal meetings
· Ability to articulate ideas, and interchange constructive feedback both internally, and externally with customers
· Deliver vision and direction across projects, and have an awareness of the strategic positioning of brands and communication
