NBK Wealth is recruiting for a Manager - Learning & Development in our Talent Management, Human Resources team in Kuwait.
Job Summary:
As a key member of our Talent Management function, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that empower our employees to thrive. This role plays a central part in fostering a culture of continuous learning, capability building, and professional growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organization’s L&D strategy and annual learning plan.
- Conduct needs assessments and identify learning gaps to drive impactful initiatives.
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences including classroom training, e‑learning, blended learning, and development workshops.
- Oversee content management through LMS and Microsoft Teams learning channels.
- Ensure 100% compliance with mandatory and regulatory training requirements (e.g., AML, FATCA/CRS, Information Security, CMA programs).
- Manage training administration, logistics, vendor partnerships, and reporting.
- Lead social learning initiatives such as book clubs, peer learning circles, and internal knowledge‑sharing platforms.
- Oversee performance management program administration and support leaders with goal-setting, feedback, and evaluation processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Business Partnering.
- Strong knowledge of learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience managing LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
