- Independently sourcing, identifying, and engaging active and passive candidates using multiple channels (ATS, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks)
- Conducting in-depth candidate interviews focused on technical capability, relevant experience, career progression, and cultural alignment
- Coordinating and administering candidate skill assessments, including distributing assessments, tracking completion, and documenting results in accordance with internal standards
- Preparing and submitting well-qualified candidate presentations with clear, concise insights to internal Account Managers for client review
- Briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews, ensuring a high-quality and well-managed candidate experience
- Working in close coordination with internal Account Managers and leadership to understand search requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Providing market insight related to talent availability, compensation trends, and candidate expectations to support search strategy
- Supporting offer coordination and candidate closing in partnership with internal Account Managers
- Initiating and tracking background checks and other pre-employment screening steps in accordance with client and compliance requirements
- Supporting onboarding activities as needed, including documentation coordination and system updates, in collaboration with internal teams
- Exercising discretion and professionalism when working on confidential or sensitive searches
- Serving as a trusted point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and offer process, including resume guidance and interview preparation when appropriate
- Supporting post-placement follow-up to promote successful starts and long-term retention
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, activity tracking, and compliance within the ATS (Avionté or similar)
- Meeting recruiting activity expectations and contributing to placement success across lines of business
- Collaborating with internal team members to support recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and overall firm growth
Qualified candidates will have the following experience:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with a demonstrated focus on legal and/or accounting/finance roles
- Experience recruiting within professional services, staffing, or search environments strongly preferred
- Clear understanding of full-cycle direct-hire recruiting
