TTC Group is looking for a Learning Solutions Consultant to help organisations tackle real workforce capability challenges through strategic learning and development solutions.
Working at the intersection of learning, consultancy, and commercial engagement, this role partners with our sales teams and customers to design capability programmes that improve operational performance, safety outcomes, and workforce development.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Learning & Development function as TTC expands its approach from training delivery to strategic capability partnerships with clients.
The Role
As a Learning Solutions Consultant, you will work directly with customers to understand their organisational challenges and design learning solutions that address capability gaps.
You will help shape learning programmes, development pathways, and workforce capability initiatives that support both compliance and operational improvement.
Working closely with TTC’s commercial teams, Learning Designers, and subject matter experts, you will play a key role in developing high-value learning solutions for clients across sectors such as transport, construction, healthcare, and other safety-critical environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working alongside sales and account teams to identify and develop strategic learning opportunities with customers
- Conducting discovery conversations and learning needs analysis to understand capability challenges and workforce development needs
- Translating customer challenges into structured learning solutions such as capability programmes, development pathways, or bespoke learning interventions
- Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders including operational leaders and senior decision-makers
- Collaborating with TTC Learning Designers and subject matter experts to develop effective learning programmes
- Supporting proposals and solution development for strategic customer opportunities
- Helping organisations move from isolated training towards structured capability development programmes
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a customer-facing L&D or consultancy background who is comfortable working with organisations to shape learning and workforce capability solutions.
You will likely have experience in:
- Working directly with customers to understand organisational learning or capability challenges
- Designing or shaping learning programmes or workforce development initiatives
- Supporting consultative sales conversations or solution development
- Engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Working across different learning modalities such as facilitator-led training, digital learning, blended learning, and emerging approaches such as immersive or AI-enabled learning
Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate business challenges into practical learning solutions are essential.
