Role Details:
Learning & Development Coordinator
Altrad are currently on the lookout for a Learning & Development (L&D) Co-ordinator to play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of the organisation’s learning, training, and development activities. This role ensures the smooth coordination of all L&D processes, learning record management, reporting, and day to day administrative support to the wider L&D team.
Key Deliverables
- Raising 3T Monthly invoices to ensure payment is made to cover all external training requests.
- Attend regular meeting with 3T to discuss issues and monitor outstanding certificates.
- Recharging monthly costs to the correct project Numbers. And updating Cost comparison sheet for the Grant returns.
- Working with our accredited bodies such as ECITB.
- Generating weekly reports for management.
- Preparation for annual audits.
- Monitoring the L&D Helpdesk to ensure emails are being closed withing the company SLA’s.
- Maintain the Learning Management System, including uploading content, tracking progress, and generating reports.
- General day to day support of New Entrants manager.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users.
- Effectively communicate training information across the business to the regions/assets.
- Work in partnership with Operational Business Units.
- Raise any invoices as required
- Process any external invoices ensuring Purchase Orders are raised and tracked.
- Generate regular reports to enable data driven decisions.
- Use insights to recommend improvements and support strategic decision-making.
- Attend any training related/operations meetings that are deemed relevant.

- Experience in the development and delivery of training
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Ability to write reports and papers
- Communication skills
