Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Learning & Development Manager to design, scale, and elevate our talent, performance, and leadership development practices across a global, multi‑site organization.
Talent Development
- Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing improvement of the Group Talent Development framework and processes ;
- Drive the Talent Management project on Career Pathing and Skills ;
- Coach and support International Senior Executives in applying talent and performance practices ;
- Partner with local HR teams to translate strategy into operational deployment ;
- Build and maintain succession planning frameworks to identify and prepare future leaders ;
- Define and track success measures (goal attainment, performance calibration, mobility, internal fill rates, engagement scores).
Learning Needs Analysis
- Partner with senior business leaders to shape L&D priorities.
- Conduct data‑driven learning needs analyses (skills inventories, performance trends, engagement data, business KPIs) ;
- Translate insights into clear learning outcomes and recommendations.
Optimizing Talent
- Support the growth of the Leadership & Executive Team and High‑Potential employees using equitable development approaches ;
- Equip managers to lead effective coaching, feedback, and career development conversations.
Employee Engagement
- Monitor and increase engagement levels through surveys, insights, and action plans ;
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and organizational well‑being.
Learning & Development Program Design
- Design and manage complex L&D programs ;
- Leverage diverse learning methodologies ;
- Oversee the creation of engaging content that drives measurable outcomes.
Profile
- 10 years in Talent Development, L&D, Organizational Development, or HR Business Partnering, ideally in an international environment ;
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or similar.
- Strong experience running learning needs analyses ;
- Proven track record in leadership development, performance frameworks, and manager enablement ;
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive coaching skills ;
- Strong program and vendor management capabilities ;
- Comfortable in multicultural, fast‑paced, matrixed environments ;
- Familiarity with HRIS, LMS, surveys, analytics, and content‑authoring tools ;
- Coaching certification or facilitator accreditation preferred.
