Get ready to
- Partner with leadership and people partners to consult on learning needs, capability gaps, and development priorities aligned with business strategy
- Own and manage the L&D budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and measurable ROI
- Lead strategic learning planning, translating business goals into structured development roadmaps and scalable learning solutions
- Drive AI-related strategic initiatives within the learning context, integrating AI tools and innovative approaches into development programs
- Design, organize, and execute internal academies, leadership programs, and internship initiatives that build strong talent pipelines
- Measure learning effectiveness, track impact metrics, and continuously improve programs based on data and feedback
We expect you to
- Have solid experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a similar strategic People role (5+ years), ideally in high-growth environments
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to align learning initiatives with commercial and strategic goals
- Have experience managing L&D budgets and working with external vendors and learning partners
- Possess hands-on experience in implementing coaching frameworks and leadership development programs
- Be comfortable leading innovation initiatives, especially integrating AI into learning processes and tools
- Have strong project management skills and the ability to drive multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
- Use data to evaluate learning effectiveness and make informed decisions
- Have excellent spoken and written English
Salary
Gross salary range is 3 000 - 4 000 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
