As TEB - BNP PARIBAS JV, we are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join the Learning and Development Department within the Human Resources Group at our Head Office.
Job Description:
- Analyze organizational training needs using data-driven insights and translate findings into scalable learning and development projects
- Design and continuously improve training content in collaboration with internal stakeholders by aligning business requirements with learning objectives; coordinate with external training providers and subject matter experts
- Monitor emerging practices, regulatory changes, legislations, and new products to assess learning impact and proactively structure relevant training initiatives
- Plan and manage the annual training calendar by optimizing participant groups, resource allocation, and training materials in line with business priorities
- Track and evaluate trainer performance and training effectiveness through defined KPIs; analyze outcomes and prepare insight-driven reports to support continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline (Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Statistics or Economics etc.)
- 5+ years of expertise in Learning & Development
- Experience in training needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation processes
- Closely follows domestic and international trends and developments in the field
- Advanced proficiency in English
This role follows a hybrid work model (4 days on-site, 1 day working from home)
