The incumbent partners with business leaders, HRBPs, and global L&D teams to foster a strong learning culture and enable long-term workforce capability development.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development
- Act as the country SPOC for all L&D initiatives.
- Execute and localize global learning programs (technical, behavioral, leadership).
- Plan learning calendars and manage program delivery end-to-end.
- Drive adoption and utilization of LMS/LXP platforms such as Docebo, Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors, Degreed, or Moodle.
- Monitor participation, certifications, compliance, and learning impact metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders and vendors to ensure high-quality learner experience.________________________________________Career Development & Skills Enablement
- Design and implement structured career pathways across technical and managerial tracks.
- Define role-based competency and skills frameworks aligned to business needs.
- Align learning journeys with career progression and skill milestones.
- Enable internal mobility and career conversations through structured tools and workshops.
- Provide insights on skill gaps, progression trends, and workforce readiness using analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau).________________________________________Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in Learning & Development program management.
- Experience designing career frameworks and competency models.
- Working knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and HRIS integration.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
- Experience working in dynamic, multi-country environments preferred.________________________________________EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, HR, Business, Education Technology, or related field.Advanced certification in Talent Management or Organizational Development is preferred.
