The role…
The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager will lead and shape learning initiatives across the Europe/Africa organization, while closely collaborating with the AM Region. This role drives the development and implementation of standardized L&D processes, leadership programs, and operational training concepts aligned with business and HR strategy.
How you’ll make an impact…
- Design and implement standardized L&D processes aligned with company objectives, HR strategic priorities, and workforce competencies
- Identify and analyze training needs across functions and geographies, ensuring business alignment
- Lead the development and rollout of a structured Operations training and people development concept across multiple production sites
- Develop and implement skills matrices, career path transparency frameworks, and Train the Trainer programs
- Functionally lead and develop on-site Operations Training Supervisors to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, integrating them into broader talent management and succession planning initiatives
What do you bring…
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in creating and implementing L&D strategies and leadership development programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with very good English proficiency
