The Learning & Talent Development and Employee Experience Senior Partner will coordinate / participate in the Design and Implementation of COSENTINO Leadership, learning and Talent Management and Employee Experience programs, mentoring and Coaching, and all Talent and Succession planning processes across the global organization.
Reporting to the Global Talent Development, Employee Experience Manager, s/he will coordinate the Global Talent Management Cycle making sure it is properly followed by all business units 🚀
This position will also participate in cascading down the strategy at COSENTINO around how we champion our culture and DNA, measure employee engagement, and curate a best-in-class employee experience so our employees can do their best work.
Location: Cantoria (AlmerĂa) or Madrid (Nuevos Ministerios area)
Hybrid Schedule: 50% remote work
What you will do:
- Help coordinate Company Talent Management related key processes such us Performance review, Potential, Career Development, Learning, Company´s Talent Map and Succession Planning
- Partner with All other Centers of Excellence and PEOPLE organization in general to identify and develop talent management strategies, identify gaps, and plan processes to support business initiatives.
- Evaluate current leadership and talent management offerings and programs and help develop a formal learning and development plan for current and future managers
- Design and Develop actions directed to reinforce Digital & Design mind-set and behaviors at all levels of the organization.
- Coordinate internal Digital and AI Learning corner, as a space for sharing knowledge. Coordinate our Digital Learning platform and regularly update contents.
- Help develop a comprehensive Succession Plan by building strong pipeline of talents and future leaders. Identify development opportunities for Key Talents.
- Compose ongoing People & Culture internal organizational life cycle, and recognition communications for things such as promotions, internal movement, new hires, Culture Champions, etc.
- Design yearly “Vitals” (Employee Engagement) surveys, activate participation, proactively analyze data and trends, and develop and share the story to drive action.
- Cultivate and promote a workplace grounded in our cultural COSENTINO DNA pillars, by building programs and crafting experiences that will make employees feel valued, part of the community and a champion for our members.
- Occasionally, manage some Talent Acquisition specific processes.
What you need to succeed:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s in HR preferred.
LANGUAGES: Fluent in English & Spanish – Bilingual.
EXPERIENCE: 4+ years of experience coordinating Learning & Talent development and Employee Experience projects in a multinational environment, overseeing multiple countries, participating in the design and execution of different initiatives, either as part of an HR team in a multinational company or as a Consultant
KNOWLEDGE
- Superior knowledge as user of Microsoft Office and Communication tools. Familiarized with Global Survey systems and tools (Qualtriks, Culture amp, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with HRIS systems.
