This role sits within Nike’s Human Resources learning ecosystem, a team driven to elevate human potential through world‑class development experiences. The Facilitator reports to the Senior Manager, Facilitation and partners closely with fellow facilitators, Learning Operations, and cross‑functional leaders. Together, they deliver the learning experiences that strengthen Nike’s culture and capability across the globe.

This person brings strong presence, adaptability, and mastery of adult learning principles. The right candidate is energized by live delivery, comfortable navigating diverse audiences, and committed to continuous improvement. This individual should balance credibility and warmth, read a room intuitively, and elevate every experience through intentional design, meaningful dialogue, and thoughtful application.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Communications or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Minimum 2+ years of facilitation experience with corporate audiences; leadership development experience preferred
- Demonstrated skills in adult learning principles, facilitation methods, and learner engagement
- Strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to adapt to a wide range of audiences
- Familiarity with learning operations or coordination processes is helpful is preferred
What You’ll Work On
You’ll deliver high‑impact learning experiences that strengthen leadership, accelerate onboarding, and build enterprise capabilities. Your work turns strategy into behavior by creating moments that matter for Nike teammates.
- Deliver enterprise learning programs, including leadership development, onboarding, and corporate capability‑building experiences
- Adapt facilitation style to meet the needs of diverse audiences across levels and functions
- Foster dialogue, connection, and practical application in every session
- Partner with the Senior Manager, Facilitation and fellow facilitators to ensure collective excellence
- Collaborate with Learning Operations on forecasting, scheduling, and logistics
- Share insights and feedback with program designers and L&D partners to refine content
- Apply adult learning best practices, evaluate participant feedback, and infuse innovative methods into delivery
