An exciting opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and highly motivated Learning & Development Manager to help lead and strengthen Llamau’s learning culture across its services. You will join a talented, committed, and values driven team, building on strong foundations already in place to further embed high quality learning and development across the organisation.
You will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful learning and development initiatives that support colleagues at every level to deliver safe, person centred, and trauma informed services. This includes leading and evolving exciting in-house programmes such as Step into Management and Compassionate Leadership, ensuring they continue to develop confident, skilled, and values-led leaders across Llamau.
As a forward thinking L&D leader, you will equip colleagues with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to respond effectively to the needs of the people Llamau supports. Through influencing practice, shaping organisational conversations, and embedding continuous learning into service design, you will help create an environment where colleagues feel supported to grow and where the people we support experience respectful, empowering, and high quality services.
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, the Learning & Development Manager will play a key role in translating L&D strategy into high-quality operational delivery.
