Job Summary:
The Learning and Development Manager will lead the development and execution of training programs across our diverse portfolio of subsidiaries. This role is focused on enhancing employee skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and aligning training initiatives with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify skills gaps and training needs.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate employee competencies and effectiveness.
- Program Design and Development:
- Create comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to organizational goals.
- Utilize a mix of learning methodologies, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and workshops.
- Training Implementation:
- Organize and deliver various training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs via feedback and performance metrics.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the L&D budget.
- Identify and implement cost-effective training solutions.
- Employee Development:
- Design career development initiatives and succession planning programs.
- Support talent management efforts to retain and develop high-potential employees.
- Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with management to align learning strategies with the business objectives.
- Promote a positive learning culture throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 8 Years of experience in learning and development or corporate training, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
