Job Purpose
To develop, drive, and assure Professional & Leadership training and development programs at UNITED, enhancing employee competencies to meet current and future business requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain procedures, plans, and formats for Professional & Leadership development
- Prepare and manage the UNITED Annual Growth Plan (AGP)
- Track and follow up on EHSS and OMS Competency Matrix adherence and related development plans
- Prepare and monitor annual Professional & Leadership development plans
- Create dashboards and reports to track AGP implementation progress
- Ensure effective execution of Professional Leadership programs (SEeD, SABIC Leadership Program, Technical Ladder, Manufacturing Competency Programs) in line with OMS and SABIC guidelines
- Develop and manage SME lists for functional competencies and track training completion
- Develop, track, and report People Development KPIs
- Evaluate training effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Minimum Education
Degree in Science, Engineering, or Management.
Minimum Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a training or learning & development function.
